Step back in time and into the NFL Hut of doom, with some of the ugliest site images that we have ever seen. Shopping on such online sports site is a seriously depressing affair.

Disasterous!!!

Look at the site and see that have a really rubbish quality picture – you can’t miss them.

The NFL Hut site looks like it really was designed by someone living in a hut, with its poor quality graphics, random and illogical layout and font from the 1920s.

How easy is it to navigate around the site? We tried and tested it out and graded..

It is a mystery why the NFL Hut has chosen to hide their products from customers as much as possible, with no rational way of searching, unless it is by team. Navigation is made even harder by the lack of a decent upper menu, meaning that you always have to head back to the home page.

What kind of brands do they offer? Is this the real McCoy or 'off the back of a truck'? Also see Range of Brands..

This so called sports shop list their ‘Top Brands’ with pride, but there are only 5 of them, and three of those are pretty obscure. They are authorized dealers of NFL merchandise, but we do wonder how.

One of the only decent things about the NFL Hut is its free delivery on orders over $125. There is no info on the website about approx shipping rates, as it is calculated after you select your items on their weight and size.

Can you contact the site with queries? This grades the email support and telephone contacts available to users..

There are plenty of ways to contact this sports gear, should you want to, and they are pretty good in the customer service department. Beware of their returns policy as they are pretty strict, and you better hope that your item doesn’t get damaged in transit as they don’t take responsibility for this – you will be battling it out with UPS alone!

How good is the image quality? Can you see the product you want to buy?.

The whole quality of the online stores site has a budget feel about it, and the poor quality of the images is probably the main culprit. They look like rubbish scans from the 70s, and does no justice to the products they are trying to sell.

How detailed is the description of products/services? Quality, detail and scope of text..

With such a tragic visual presentation of the product you would think that the Hut would try and redeem itself by giving the item a proper description. However, if you are lucky enough to get more than a couple of lines, you will find it repetitive waffle.

The NFL Hut doesn’t have the industry might to support low prices, so apart from the more unusual fan gear that you may not find elsewhere, it really isn’t worth shopping here.
