Sears.com is one of the biggest names in budget department store shopping online.  For those who love to shop at their offline stores, shopping at their online stores is truly a treat.

At Sears.com they have virtually every product under the sun from home decor to clothing and shoes to electronics and games and everything in between.

How easy is it to navigate around the site? We tried and tested it out and graded. .
The home store site is easy to navigate, you can search by section and once inside a section there are several different ways to narrow down your search including multimedia-based options like videos.

Why is it different to other stores online? We graded on originality, design, backgrounds, colors, style and innovation..

This online store takes Sears to a whole new level.  For a while the store was working really hard to boost its image and popularity and their effort continues to show in this website.  It's easy to see that they've invested a lot of money to make each shoppers experience more fluid and fun! They offer things one wouldn't think of - for example, if you're shopping from another country they automatically convert all prices to your local currency!

What is the shipping policy here? Does the site offer express, next day delivery, guaranteed or international shipping? We read the small print and count the costs..

Sears.com offering free domestic shipping for your home and garden on orders over $99.  They also even offer well-priced international shipping. If you're buying an appliance they charge a low $10 Haul-Away rate for your old appliance and of course they do offer expedited shipping. You can also request to pick up a product in-store for no shipping charges.  All in all - great choices, great prices!

This was one of our favorite aspects of Sears.com.  They have TONS of special deals and offer that change very frequently! Plus, they have an active community section where other shoppers write in about a certain product.  So, if you're not sure if it's worth buying - just read up on what other shoppers have to say.  It could save you a lot of hassle!

You can apply for a Sears credit card through their online store and you'll be automatically eligible for better financing rates if you're looking to make a big purchase online.  They offer cards at all different levels.

Can you contact the site with queries? This grades the email support, live chat and telephone contacts available to users..

It's not surprising that at this big company customer support is easy to access and the representative and friendly and professional.  We were also impressed by the level of support available online.  In their FAQ section (or by searching for a specific question, i.e., "Free Shipping") you'll have access to lots of helpful information and answers to most of your questions.
