What types of products can I buy on this site? Or what can't I buy on this site? Is this an online megastore with everything a home shopper could dream of or is it lacking in choice? We know the deal..
To sum it up in one word - inconvenient.

They don't have as many products as a home store does as they only offer furniture.  It would be nicer if they offered home decor solutions as well, even if it meant partnering with another company!

How easy is it to navigate around the site? We tried and tested it out and graded. .

Roomstore.com is pretty boring when it comes to navigation. There isn't really anything drawing you in and the menus are slow to load.

Why is it different to other stores online? We graded on originality, design, backgrounds, colors, style and innovation..

We couldn't find anything that this site has that we haven't seen done better somewhere else.  There's nothing innovative about Roomstore.com.

What is the shipping policy here? Does the site offer express, next day delivery, guaranteed or international shipping? We read the small print and count the costs..

The furniture store Roomstore.com doesn't advertise free shipping and they're only based in 8 states and they don't deliver everywhere in the continental US.

What deals does this site offer to online consumers? Are there offers for returning customers? Is this generally an expensive or a bargain e-shop?.

In order to see the Special Deals section you have to give your personal information - and not just your email but your full mailing address.  This seems to be quite pointless and even borderline fishy.

You can locate one of their stores if you want but in only 8 states out of 50! Roomstore.com can only direct you to one of the 60 stores in 8 US states, which isn't a great selection.

Roomstore.com offers all the standard methods of payment.  We've read in many other customer reviews that they have had billing problems and returns purchases can be problematic and many aren't instant.

Can you contact the site with queries? This grades the email support, live chat and telephone contacts available to users..

Their support is only available during limited times.  We felt that the majority of the representatives we spoke with (on multiple occasions) simply weren't trained well with regards to the products and services.
