Kohls.com is the official website of the low-end department store Kohls.  We weren't impressed by their website, especially the customer service.

We didn't find anything particularly innovative at Kohls.com.  Instead, we found that they were trying to rip off other store websites but failing to do a good job of it.

They offer free shipping on orders over $75 which based on our research is a lot compared to other similar level department stores which online shops which offer free shipping for less.

They offer the same discounts that they have in their land-based branches for your home and garden.  They offer extra incentives if you give up your email but we don't recommend that - it seems like it's an invitation to lots of unwanted junkmail down the line.

Kohls.com does have a store locator option that you can use to find the store nearest you via their website.  However, we did notice that they have less options (i.e., fewer stores) than some of their competitors.

You can apply for a Kohls.com credit card but after the majority of the reviews from customers who have/had the card - we don't recommend it.  They're apparently known for not deducing the money on time (missing a month, for example).

Based on the customer service inside and outside the home store we're guessing that Kohls just isn't a great place to work.  We imagine that if they treated their staff better, the overall customer experience would be smoother.
