This gift shop collects all of your cards up front, which is backwards.  We want to be able to browse the available products first before we give you our information.  Flop.

We couldn’t find any special deals.  This makes sense, as it’s hard to imagine them selling a $200 gift certificate for less than $200.

One thing that struck us about the entire site was how “quiet” it felt. There is little to no guidance, or content, just gift cards and gift cards.

There are numerous payment options available, but a quick search online revealed that some customers were struggling with Giveanything.com’s online payment system.

There are few things more frustrating than an email based, ticket support system.  “Please choose your problem from the drop-down list” are the most hated words here in the office.
