Terrible prices and really cluttered site.

This is a terrible place to reference for cool gift ideas mainly because the site is just cluttered and not easy to navigate. You'll spend lots of time browsing and still come out with nothing.

How easy is it to navigate around the site? We tried and tested it out and graded. .

Bluechopsticks.com is cluttered and the navigation is very poorly is designed. It's overwhelming, there are tons of small pictures that aren't very descriptive and all the pages are slow to load.

The page with the shopping cart at Bluechopsticks.com is also very cluttered like other bad online stores which makes it very difficult to make sense of what you're buying, which can lead to overspending or forgetting something by accident.

What deals does this site offer to online consumers? Are there offers for returning customers? Is this generally an expensive or a bargain e-shop?.

Their sale section is kind of a joke considering that some of the sample price cuts are: $27.65 to $26.27 and $43.07 to $40.92. Are they serious? Bluechopsticks.com seems to think that their customers are quite stupid... This lost them major points.

Quality of the information. Here we look at the quality of the product descriptions and images on the site. Does the customer get a good idea of the product's size, look and feel?.

The content is essentially only cluttered pictures and ridiculous prices of bizarre gift ideas and products. There is very little descriptive content and the pictures are many times not very indicative of the sizes and materials of the products.

The site itself looks pretty safe in terms of depositing but after seeing the stunt they're trying to pull on the sale page, let's just say that Bluchopsticks.com didn't really win our trust.
