Zappos.com is one of the biggest places in the world to buy shoes - however, it's certainly NOT the best.

What types of clothes can I buy on this site? Or what can't I buy on this site? Is this an online megastore with everything a fashion shopper could dream of or is it lacking in choice? We know the deal..
Flashy looking but really lacking.

This fashion store has a wide range of clothing and shoes but it's not organized and all you see are lists and lists of types, styles, brands, colors, sizes and it's frankly WAY too overwhelming.

How large is the brand range on this site? Are we limited to a narrow selection of big name brands or does this site offer real consumer choice?.

They do have a large brand range but they don't offer everything that the brand offers - they usually shoes at Zappos.com that you can't find elsewhere.  Meaning if you wanted to try it on in a store and then find a better deal at Zappos, you usually can't.

Does this site have the 'IT' factor? We graded the look and feel of the site. Is its style accessible? High-brow? Does the site integrate or reflect the clothes being sold? Are there cool images, models, music or videos?.

This shoe store is also a clothes shop but it's difficult to shop here as the website is crowded and the user-interface is not easy to navigate.  There is just too much going on and it's hard to shop in a relaxed manner.  This site is helpful only if you know exactly what you want and in that case, they usually don't have it.

Quality of the information. Here we look at the quality of the product descriptions and images on the site. Does the customer get a good idea of the clothing product's size, look and feel?.

The content at zappos.com is a bit boring.  They offer just a list of information regarding the product but there's no text to really draw you in and make you want to buy something.

Zappos.com does offer a sale section that at a first glance seems big but unfortunately most of the shoes and clothes are only available in select sizes and the brands are limited (i.e., some brands just never go on sale).
