The concept behind MyShape.com is to offer women a personal shopping experience where they can buy clothing that are suitable for their individual figures.  In theory, it's a wonderful idea but in practice, the site just didn't live up to the standards it seems to set for itself.

The style of the site is nice but the functionality is terrible.  We tried to sign up for an account and it was so difficult to navigate (the sub-menus kept popping up and disappearing, it was impossible to choose anything) that we got frustrated and quit the (quite long) registration process.

The content at MyShape.com we felt was a bit much for stores.  You don't need to sell people, especially women, on the idea of the site.  They work so hard on branding that they don't invest their efforts into a flawless user-interface system and just expanding fashion-wise.  It's a shame.

This online fashion store does have a sale section but if you're looking to shop well on a smaller budget (especially given the state of the economy today), MyShape.com certainly doesn't cater to clothes that fit your body and your budget.

It's interesting that they do offer a Facebook page and Twitter page to "Connect with MyShape.com" but they don't offer the option to subscribe to an RSS feed. This shows that the owners of this site know about as much about the internet as your average 16 year old.  They just have more money to pay a fancy graphic designer.

You can use all major payment methods to make a purchase at MyShape.com but seeing as this site is very pretty on the outside but kind of hollow on the inside, we're not sure that their databasing systems are any better than their user-interface.  Give your personal info at your own risk!

You can contact their support service by phone, live chat or email.  For that, we do give them credit.  However, live chat it limited to US West Coast hours as is their call center.
