Pricey Electronics at Modia

To be fair, the site says it specializes in one thing and one thing only, which is home theatre equipment, but even in this category, we found the options limiting.  Only high-end merchandise is available.

What is the shipping policy here? Does the site offer express, next day delivery, guaranteed or international shipping? We read the small print and count the costs. .
Modia presents numerous shipping options of gadgets to their customers, but the prices are astronomical.  If I am already spending $5000 on a new home theatre setup, the least they could do is cut me a break on the shipping.

Why is it different to other stores online? We graded on originality, design, backgrounds, colors, style and innovation..

High end electronics stores like Modia are a dime a dozen, and their approach works well for high rolling customers looking for the latest and greatest gadgets, but it leaves normal folk like me and you looking elsewhere for home theatre equipment.

Modia is plugged in to all of the popular social media networks, like Twitter and Youtube, but it all represents an echo chamber of product announcements and one way delivery of information to the consumer.

What deals does this site offer to online consumers? Are there offers for returning customers? Is this generally an expensive or a bargain e-shop?.
Modia has a section of their electronics online stores that specializes in refurbished and discounted gear, but even those products were priced higher than similar goods we found at Best Buy.

What else can I do here? We gave extra points to sites with RSS feeds, images, video, mobile and audio..

They have a link to a YouTube channel on their page, but they haven’t uploaded any videos.  Not a promising sign.

There are many payment options available from Modia, from PayPal, to Google Checkout, but we were sceptical with the entire online payment system and how our personal information would be kept private.

Can you contact the site with queries? This grades the email support, live chat and telephone contacts available to users..

The support was sketchy at best and incorrect at worst.  We wanted simple product advice and all we got was a hard upsell for their most expensive products.
