While the touch-screen all-in-one PCs HP sells are pretty innovative, their laptops’ performance is subpar and the prices on their website are beat by other major retailers like Comp USA.

HP doesn’t have any social options on their website, but the internet is filled with various forums where people complain endlessly about their struggles with their HP products.

There are no real multimedia options on the site itself, which is disappointing when you look at how successfully HP’s competitor’s like Apple have managed to integrate multimedia into their web design.

HP dropped the ball in this category by simply not making it clear up front which payment options they accept and which they don’t.

For an online store, we didn’t expect much from HP’s support and we weren’t surprised.  It takes days to get a response from their support department and they didn’t seem to know one gadget from the next.
