See how the major electronic retailer, Circuit City, compares to the competition in our electronics showdown.  Will their low prices, simple design, and cheap shipping be enough?

Circuit City brings nothing new to the table with their electronics gadgets store.  The prices are decent, sure, but a savvy consumer can find better deals and an easier shopping experience elsewhere.

We searched around the web for some social options and all we found were complaints and negative reviews.  Circuit City will really need to get their act together on the social media front.

Outside of a few brief pictures for each gadget, there is little else in the way of multimedia on Circuit City.com.  Had they added a few product demonstration videos, or links to better high res pictures, we would have been more impressed.

The worst thing when making an online payment is not knowing whether your ‘click’ went through.  We expected much better from an industry giant like Circuit City.

We couldn’t find any support options on the main page, and the phone line had us on hold for far too long.  This is a total flop.
